What are your teachers’ qualifications and training requirements?

All Blue Sky School educators must meet or exceed the state requirements for child care providers, including background clearance, education qualifications, and ongoing professional development.

What is your health and safety policy?

Blue Sky School of Bellevue has secure entries, authorized pick-up procedures, cleaning protocols. All staff completed background checks, CPR/First aid training, HIV/BBP training, Food handle certificate, and negative TB test result.

Do I need to pack a lunch?

No. We provide a lunch and snacks for the children every day. Our lunch provider is Rainbow Fresh.

Do you have parent-teacher conferences?

Yes. We schedule family/teacher conferences each year to discuss your child’s progress, but you can request a conference with the Director at any time.

What if my child becomes ill?

A parent or authorized guardian will be contacted, and the child will be safely isolated while awaiting pickup.

What if my child has food allergies?

We have a process that monitors and tracks food allergies and will make appropriate substitutions when allergies exist.

What is your teacher and student ratio?

Our teacher-student ratio is 1 to 5.
